Low acidity and pleasant finish. Sumatra Takengon  Ultra heavy body, earthy spice, and very low acidity. Flavor-wise, the most easily distinguishable of the world's great coffees. Dominican Republic Polo Mellow flavor, good body with chocolate overtones. Guatemala Nahuala Medium body, smoky spice and high acidity with complex flavor notes. Bright and lively. Tanzania KNCU Medium body, gentle, winey acidity with notes of chocolate and fruit.  Ethiopia Yirgacheffe FTO Floral notes set against a citrusy backdrop with a drawn-out, winey finish.  Ethiopia Harrar FTO Blueberry notes predominate in this wild, full-flavored varietal. Medium to full body with the classic Ethiopian winey acidity. Unpredictable and delicious. Bolivia CORACA Very full body with a lovely mild spice; nicely balanced in the cup. Brazil Poco Fundo Full-bodied, rich, fermenty sweetness with a distinct wild side and a mild acidity which explodes unexpectedly on the palate. Nicaragua Matagalpa Sweet and well-balanced with a delicate acidity, notes of chocolate and apricot, and a pleasant, drawn-out finish. Decaf Sumatra Takengon Swiss-Water processed, less intense in flavor and body characteristics than the caffeinated version, but still plenty potent. Decaf Peru Penachi Medium Body, nice acidity, mildly sweet finish. Swiss-Water processed.

Daddio (great for espresso) Specially concocted for all of you ex-hippies, Daddio blends a full-bodied Indonesian with an elegant Ethiopian in a psychedelic whirlwind of intense flavor. Extra Special Blend (great for espresso) Originally named "The Espresso Formerly Known As Pinhead", ESB combines coffees from South America, Indonesia, and Ethiopia. Pinhead Espresso An homage to our favorite punks, this ultra-crema blend is young, loud and snotty with no sense of decorum whatsoever. Smooth? Not really. Safe? Nuh-uh.
