Our selection has changed, and availability of various blends and varietals, as always, changes from day to day. If we do not have a particular coffee in stock, you'll see "out of stock" on zencart. Important note: we have discontinued our delivery service in Bellingham and the surrounding environs. Please call for custom roasts, and feel free to pick up your coffee at Greene's Corner.

A note about the beans we sell: Hammerhead Coffee Roasters buys ONLY green coffees that have been certified organic and certified fair-trade. We work with Organic Products Trading Co.  in Vancouver, Washington, and Atlas Coffee Importers  in Seattle, Washington. We hope to become organic and fair-trade certifed ourselves as quickly as possible, but the cost is in the thousands of dollars and we are a tiny micro-roaster. Please feel free to contact us at 360-393-5247 if you have any questions about our status or the beans we sell. We have documentation varifying the organic nature of our purchases, as well as information regarding the fair-trade cooperatives whose coffees we sell.
